Bridgnorth RFC Women's Rugby

The successful women's team was set up in 1998 by Catherine Rottister-Stead and Sophie Bennett. Sophie went on to play a high standard of rugby and is now working for Welsh Women's Rugby on a full time basis. We are very proud to have been promoted 4 out of the last 5 seasons and are now playing in the Midland West Division 2 League. Not only do we enjoy the rugby, it's a great opportunity to leave everything at home and have a great social life.

We play on Sundays from late September until April. We play 15-a-side team game with occasional 10's and 7's competitions in late spring. Training nights are Monday and Wednesday from 7pm until 8.30pm at Severn Park with our 3 coaches who both have many years' experience of playing and coaching.
